Running Meta and Google ads for my clothing brand

Hi, My name is Michael and I am reaching out because I was hoping you could assist me with some ads. I have a clothing brand currently, I spend between $5,000 to $10,000 per month on meta ads doing them myself, and I will increase my budget if my sales remain consistently good. However, I have encountered difficulties in the past where my ads would perform well for a few weeks and then suddenly decline. Therefore, I am looking for more of a consistent performance. As my budget is not huge it’s only 10k a month for ads so working with a big agency is not realistic at the moment, I am trying to work with a reliable freelancer that's why I decided to message you. Now If you are able to get me the amount of sales I want each month I will hire you for the whole year and pay you every month. The only thing I need before working with you is some names of big brands you have worked with.
