Run ads on youtube and facebook
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I want to hire a person to create and run ads on facebook and youtube for my online art classes. https://www.jacquelinejax.com/art-classes
The hire will need to create the ads, split test them for best results and focus the demographics to make the best use of the audience. We will need to track results and a report will need to be given to me weekly if not daily at first until a profitable structure is in place. As new classes come out monthly new ads can be made to put additional ads in place. We can also talk about a pinterest strategy to help drive sales. The hire will gain a bonus payment structure if successful in addition to the starting wages but only if you can quote me low starting wages until your work is proven. I am not looking to hire someone who has no proven track record in this area at a high wage but if you work hard, you will be rewarded highly.
I suggested a price range per finished class ad. So the hire should create two ads for one class, suggest a budget demographic and set it up to launch. Once approved and the ad is in place, you will be paid for your work and after the ad runs if it is successful you will get a bonus % of the revenue achieved to be defined based on performance.
