Run Social Media and Google Ads

I'm looking for an experienced digital marketer to run monthly ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, with the primary goal of generating leads, increasing website traffic or any other goal depending on the campaign. I will have access to the accounts to run the ads and you will advise me on how to do it (exactly how to run it and what configurations) depending on the goal so that the desired results will be achieved. The budgets for the accounts are small, $200 USD across the three accounts.

Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in lead generation
- Expertise in Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertising
- Ability to target and reach a national audience
- LinkedIn advertising experience is a plus
