Responding in bulk in FB IG messages with 2000 existing open chat

This is a one time task - we had a flood of messages into our facebook page and we need the one time help to bulk respond to these existing open chats with a set template response. Please note, these are existing open chats on a personal FB / IG account - so we do not have any chatbot software already linked to the account.
We need either a free solution or an inexpansive subscription based solution where we can mass respond to those incoming messages. Basically the messages is asking about a product, and we like to respond to them with instruction on how to purchase the product.
This is quick project, so the budget is not very high. All we are looking for is a setup instruction on how to make this happen.
