Remove fraudulent facebook businesses

An elderly family member of mine was scammed by two different businesses on facebook operating as "Spell casters" in Nigeria, one of whom we don't know how he got her information. While I sort out what can be done with the banks I would like their facebook pages deplatformed to prevent others, especially the vulnerable and elderly, from having to go through this. They have different types of facebook pages (profile, public figure, group, business) and I need more clicks and accounts reporting fraud/ abuse to freeze or remove their facebook sites. The two main men are Priest Japheth and Dr. Sailmond.
I've included a pdf showing the different ways to report them, it needs to come from multiple accounts.
Ideally, this is a one time project, but it might have to be revisited in the future. I would like to see how far we can get with $45.00.
