Relive the Music

I have a touring show called Relive the Music 50s & 60s. I need help with my facebook ads. I tour all over Canada and USA. I used to be able to set up ads going after my demographics before Covid but now things seem different. My first issue is when they press "BUY TICKETS" it doesn't take the viewer to the ticket page. It comes up with an error. I need to fix that and it also mentions pixcel isn't set up. I need someone that can look my FB promotion over on the first theatre show so I can move ahead with a successful promotion.
