Recruiting in social media and google ads campaign manager (READ ALL KEYWORD INSIDE)

I need an agency that knows how to recruit through google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, .... . Additionally create or post in Facebook groups and wherever we can find the candidate.

Primarily we are looking in Germany, so we use Translater or standard campaign ads.

Your tasks:
1. new job is published in the job board
2. you look which channels have given the best results in the past and see that the budget fits the job
3. you enter the campaign, groups, ads, keywords, goals,.... .
4. you look at the budgets and stop or optimize the campaigns

Simple campaign management, but without much difference
