Recruiting sales staff

We are a company selling daily necessities, parts and mechanical and electrical products. We need to recruit sales personnel to meet our development needs in the local area. The sales personnel must have a good reputation, sales ability and certain local connections. For successful deals, they can get a commission of 20% to 50% of the profit, or even higher.
