My personal Facebook page and linked Instagram account were suddenly disabled after Meta’s automated review decided I’m under-age. I’m actually 49, and the lock-out is disrupting both my social life and the small business visibility I run through these profiles.
Here’s what I’ve done so far: I filed the standard appeal forms on each platform, attached my drivers license, and followed up through the Help Center. One week—silence. The case IDs now shows disactivated without review and no appeal however i never had a change to appeal.
I need someone who already knows the inner workings of Meta’s support escalation, Business Manager channels, and verified appeal routes to push this forward. You’ll guide the strategy, submit or resubmit the proper documentation (I have high-resolution scans of my government-issued ID ready for you), and keep me informed until both accounts are live again.
