Real estate agent social media manger

Looking for someone to run social media accounts/ business page like Nextdoor Facebook instagram and posting and just organizing everthing and making it seem professional and would like to post once a day looking for to pay a month of the post ready for them all you have to do is change the theme color, black and gold and put captions in hashtags and make it look professional. I am looking for someone to pay per month. I am on a tight budget because I am a new agent.
