Real Estate property development project (social media ad creator)

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help with a real estate property development project. I need someone to create a social media ad campaign that conveys my vision and that effectively reaches my target audience. I'd like the freelancer to present me with different concepts on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, as I'm open to different types of ads. I'm not sure yet whether I have content or just a concept for the ad, so the freelancer should consider this when creating the ad. I'm thinking an ad with an image and text would work best, but I'm also open to a video, animated clip, or any other format the freelancer believes would be the most effective.
