I am seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to manage my social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Your main responsibilities will include creating and scheduling posts on each platform, with a focus on generating leads from serious investors and building an investor list through landing pages where possible.

In addition to image-based content, I require assistance with video posts and editing to ensure our content is engaging and resonates with our target audience.

You will also compile a list of potential power team members in the real estate/property sector, such as co-sourcers, estate agents, auctioneers, and landlords. The goal is to grow our brand within this sector to attract quality leads over quantity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and create content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including both images and video posts.
Develop strategies to attract serious investors and build an investor list via landing pages.
Edit and optimize video content to ensure it aligns with brand messaging and engages the target audience.
Identify and compile a list of potential power team members in real estate/property, including co-sourcers, estate agents, auctioneers, and landlords.
Enhance brand presence within the real estate sector, prioritizing quality leads.
