Real Estate Marketing - Virtual Assistant

Job Summary
We are an establish real estate company with properties and projects throughout Palawan. We are looking for a virtual assistant to help us manage varied administrative, sales, marketing and research related tasks for our real estate company. We wish to bring more of our projects to market so the ideal candidate would be willing to work in my time zone, must be organized and have prior experience in the real estate industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage customer queries and respond to them with the relevant pre-set template.
• Send out new property deals to customers.
• Generate leads online.
• Create and maintain the database of leads generated in a real estate CRM.
• Manage the social media handles and upload property photos and engage audience.
• Create presentation and property marketing materials.
• Constantly research for new leads and maintain database for the same.
Job Requirements
• Prior experience in a similar role in the real estate industry
• Soft-spoken and good customer management skills
• Well-versed with lead generations tools and techniques.
• Willing to work in my time zone.
