I’m a licensed Realtor based in Illinois, and I’m looking for a skilled marketing professional to help grow my real estate business through digital channels. I need someone experienced, creative, and results driven.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Setting up and optimizing my real estate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
* Creating and scheduling professional, engaging posts tailored for buyers and sellers
* Producing short-form videos/reels for listings, tips, and behind-the-scenes content
* Designing branded templates for consistent content
* Running ads and lead generation campaigns targeted at potential home buyers and sellers
* Helping to build a lead pipeline and improving local visibility
* Monthly progress reports with leads, growth stats, and recommendations

Ideal skills:

* Experience in real estate marketing
* Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
* Graphic design and video editing
* CRM and lead capture tools (like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Follow Up Boss)
* Understanding of SEO for local real estate

Extras I’d love (but not required):

* Experience using Canva, ChatGPT, or real estate MLS integrations
* Familiarity with platforms like OneHome
