FB Ad Publish Issue

I have created a FB page for my business & assigned a Business Manager in FB Business Suite for the same. I have created an Ad Campaign with 2 Ad Sets & 4 Ads. However, when i try to publish the campaign / ads, FB asks to choose currency & timezone. When I select INR & India: Kolkata Time zone, it gives the error message shown in the attachment. It is not letting me create a new AD Account as well.
