Promotion and create social media presence

Hi there - I'm looking for an expert freelancer to promote my business and create a social media presence. I'd like someone who is experienced in focusing on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, as these are our primary channels. We have already established some presence on all these platforms, but we also need help creating a few new accounts from scratch.
