Problem with Meta Business Page Manager Access

Looking for someone to solve our problem.

Please read description entirly before applying.

We have a facebook business page that we do have access to with our active personal profiles.

We have access to the business page, ads and business suite.

But we do NOT have access to the business page manager tool as this was created by my old profile that was deleted (not deactivated it was deleted) over 6 months ago.


To solve our problem we need one of our active profiles to have access to the business page manager. Usually the profjle that clicks create business page manger is required to add users.

However this profile no longer exists therefore nobody has access to the business page manager.

The busienss page manager is the only way for us to have our business page with the shop set up on pur facebook page.

We plan to run ads but cannot do so until our fb page has the shop set up properly and this cannot be achieved without access to our business manager.

We have been contacting meta supoort for months with zero reply.

We do not want to delete our page and start again. We need to keep our fb data for better ad targeting.

If anyone knows how to solve our issue and give us access to our fb busienss page manager tool please contact us as we would pay $50 AUD to anyone who can solve this.
