Posting & connecting for clients' subleases
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are seeking an individual to take on the Online Sublease Marketing and Networking project. This project will be simple and straightforward if you have experience in subletting or renting properties. Your main task will be to attract potential sub-tenants or sublessees by effectively marketing the provided property information.
Tasks:
1. $10 per marketplace/platform – Upload all home information we provide on online marketplaces and social media, such as Facebook, Craigslist, community webs, etc.
2. $25 per deal (total 5 homes) – Chat, negotiate, and make deals with potential sub-tenants. Compensation will be paid after the sub-tenant gets the house key.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize online marketplaces and social media platforms to maximize exposure and reach the target audience. Feel free to use any platforms you are confident or experienced with.
• Conduct negotiations, including price adjustments or discussions on other aspects, if potential sub-tenants show interest or require further information.
• Stay updated with emerging online platforms to ensure effective sublease marketing strategies.
