Fb Pixel setup and optimisation

I have a small client who I'm running Facebook ads for. However, we have experienced issues with the pixel tacking. The results are not feeding into our ad manager correctly. However, we have tracked sales in the ad manager.

I need support as soon as possible. Hopefully within a few days.
