Personal Training Social Media Page Manager

I have a Facebook Page made for my personal training business, I've been creating my own advertisements and sponsoring them myself but other than that I'm not sure how else to continue, I wouldn't mind also having an Instagram page created, I need help with content creation, scheduled posts weekly, you get it. I'm relatively new to all of this and could use the help and guidance.
