Job Description

Therapy Today is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of all marketing efforts to attract and acquire clients without out target markets. This leader will ensure the vision of Therapy Today is communicated through multiple channels and is constructed to meet company values, financial objectives, and strategies for growth. You will need to be self-motivated and able to work in a collaborative, inclusive, on-site environment with the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

Enthusiastic brand promotion that aligns with the company’s vision
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects at once and manage timelines effectively
Manage company’s social media and web presence
Craft or lead development of engaging digital content: videos, blog, social, website
Create, write, and proofread general marketing content
Analyze market trends to ensure current, relevant content
Capture new and maintain existing referral sources
Develop sales tools that facilitate the referral process
Ability to create, implement, evaluate, and communicate effectiveness of marketing strategy in a user-friendly language
Identify areas for improvement on company’s website and implement updates
Work with Leadership Team to develop department’s annual budget
Event planning and promotion
Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
4 to 6 years of experience in marketing or communications
Strong social media background and knowledge of social media strategies required
Social medial management platforms experience preferred
Google Ads, Analytics, and SEO tool experience strongly preferred.
WordPress and Microsoft Office experience recommended
Independent agency experience preferred
Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills in both in-person and virtual environments
Ability to demonstrate excellent written communications skills
Valid driver’s license
An enthusiastic, team player personality with a drive to succeed
