For two of my clients I am looking to hire a team of Certified Digital Marketing experts who can handle LinkedIn, Facebook and Youtube. This is going to turn into a monthly retainer ship agreement.

Later on during the year and upon very effective production of results one of the clients may be pitched Programmatic Display Ads - therefore you need to have that skillset present onboard.
