Patreon Growth through Facebook Ads Management

I am looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Manager to help grow my Patreon page by driving new paying subscribers through targeted advertising. The goal is to create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns that attract engaged supporters for my 3D printing designs on Patreon.



Scope of Work:
The freelancer will be responsible for:

Ad Strategy & Planning – Researching and developing an effective Facebook ad strategy to attract potential Patreon subscribers.

Ad Creation – Designing engaging ad creatives using high-resolution images of my designs (provided) and crafting compelling ad copy.

Campaign Setup & Management – Setting up Facebook ad campaigns, ensuring proper audience targeting, and optimizing performance.

A/B Testing – Running A/B tests to determine the best-performing ads.

Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitoring ad performance and providing weekly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Scaling & Retargeting – Adjusting the campaign based on performance to maximize ROI and retargeting potential subscribers.

Budget & Payment Structure: Hourly Rate: $7 per hour

Maximum Hours per Week: 10 hours (capped at $70 per week)

Bonus Payments: $3 per new paying subscriber generated through the ads (increased to $4 if more than 10 paying subscribers are acquired in a week)




Deliverables:
A well-structured Facebook ad campaign tailored to attract potential Patreon subscribers.
Weekly reports with insights, adjustments, and suggested improvements.
Ongoing campaign refinement and optimization to improve conversion rates.


How Success is Measured:
Increase in the number of new paying Patreon subscribers.
Decrease in cost per acquisition (CPA) over time.
