Page Publishing Authorization Facebook

Need help with getting access back to our Facebook account to publish. Also with social media in general if someone was good with social media and could take on managing our bust accounts for Facebook and Instagram. We have over 20,000 genuine followers and are a snow ski based company in Japan. So would need knowledge of Japan and skiing.
