PPC & Social Media Marketing Specialist

I'm in need of a performance marketer with a proven track record in managing clients' PPC and social media advertising. The successful candidate will primarily focus on PPC and Social Media advertising, specifically on Facebook and Google, and should be able to achieve the following goals:
