We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can help increase genuine followers and drive retreat sign-ups on our Instagram and LinkedIn profiles. The focus is on organic growth, using a mix of engaging reels and regular posts (stories can be used as well).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a content strategy focused on organic growth and engagement.
• Create compelling reels that resonate with our audience and promote retreat sign-ups.
• Schedule regular posts that highlight our retreats and encourage inquiries for personalized group retreats.
• Monitor and optimize content performance to maximize reach and engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven track record in organic social media growth, particularly on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Experience in the wellness or travel industry is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work within a monthly budget.
Deliverables & Timeline:
• Monthly content plan including reels and posts.
• Execution and posting of the content as per the agreed schedule.
