Optimize Small Business Facebook and Instagram

Started a moving business about 9 months ago and everything has been going great. Most of our business comes via word of mouth however and we would like to increase our social media presence and get more business that way. We have Facebook and Instagram but admittedly we could be doing a lot more with both and outside of posting more pictures and getting a few more followers, we aren't really sure what else we could be doing. Would love some help here to increase our sales !
