Optimize LInkedIn for my business

I would like to Optimize LInkedIn for my Real Estate business including posting videos, photos, and Charlotte Business Journal information on things that are important in our local economy. I would also like to have a smart strategy on adding people to connect with on LinkedIn including people that have relocated here for their jobs or have started a new job-these contacts are on the Charlotte Business Journal page, I would need to just send a picture of the people I would you to add. In the pictures it has their name, business, and types of jobs they are in. It would also be helpful to add them onto my Facebook as well. I have many high-end real estate videos and pictures of homes that I have sold. I would like a once a week post on homes I've sold at Top Dollar.
