Job Description: Online Advertising Specialist
We are seeking multiple skilled and motivated Online Advertising Specialist to join our team. As an Online Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Amazon, TikTok, and Pinterest. Your success will be rewarded with a tiered pay structure based on achieving specific milestones.
Tiers of Pay (Amount in AUD):
* $200 for the first month. (If requirements are not met)
* $500 upon reaching minimum ads conversions (Minimum requirements will vary per client).
* $500 + $250 bonus for exceptional ad conversions during the first month of each new client.
* $750 per client per month after retaining a client for 3 months + $500 bonus.
* $1000 per client per month after retaining a client for 6 months + $750 bonus.
* $1500 per client per month after retaining a client for 9 months + $1000 Bonus
* $2000 per client per month after retaining a client for 12 months + $1500 bonus.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimising online advertising campaigns.
* In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Amazon, TikTok, and Pinterest.
* Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging platforms.
Note: The pay structure is based on achieving specific milestones, and the mentioned amounts are in AUD.
Work to start early to mid July.
