Online Community Builder for Kickstarter

I'm looking for an experienced community builder to create and manage a group of potential backers for an upcoming Kickstarter campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a community of 10,000 potential backers primarily in the US, focusing on young adults (18-25).
- Engage and manage the community across Facebook, Reddit, and Twitter.
- Share behind-the-scenes updates, exclusive offers, user polls, and Q&A to keep the community engaged.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in building and managing online communities.
- Strong social media skills and familiarity with Facebook, Reddit, and Twitter.
- Excellent communication skills and content creation ability.
- Experience with crowdfunding platforms, especially Kickstarter, is a plus.
