Ongoing fundraising for two small nonprofits

One of the nonprofits relies on a foundation and a corporation now, has untapped 20,000 Facebook followers and an email list of past individual donors. Another has an active and generous board but needs to expand its individuals donor base. Don't want to hire one full time person; rather looking for part-time but long-term fundraiser(s).
