Ongoing Facebook and Google ad campaign management

I have a series of Books about famous people from the worlds of fashion that my Publishing group is launching. We will be doing one each week. And I need to have small paid promo campaigns behind each one that run for 30 days. I am looking for a skilled and experienced Facebook / Google ad specialist to assist me with the planning (targeting) and formatting of the ads. I have experience with both but would like an outside expert to help me manage these campaigns. Attached is the campaign planner for Campaign 1. Weblink to come tomorrow. I need to start this week.
