Negotiating with facebook to take action against a fb hate page towards our company

Our competitors and ex employees created a hate page towards our company and we need someone who is expert in social media to carry out negotiations and communication with fb to take action against this fb page since it is offensive and can be considered as a hate crime and should be reported to fb authority to be closed
