Need someone to help create and post an ad on Instagram

We are a fashion brand. I have a few pics of our dresses and need someone to quickly create and post an ad on Instagram using Facebook ad manager.
Couple of things to note:
- I will provide you the images and the caption for the ad post
- The goal of the campaign is to direct an audience to our Instagram profile so we can gain more followers
- This should be a fairly straightforward job for someone with the knowledge of Facebook ad manager.
I would also like to learn how you can do this on Instagram so would appreciate if the person could share the process as well.
