Need to learn to set up webinar and placing webinar link on fb ad

Looking for someone who can teach me how to set up webinar, I have created Facebook ad for it and getting leads, however I do not know how to send them an automated webinar link or email to inform them about the webinar. I have to send it manually and it is very time consuming for me.
