Need expert paid ads campaign manager for forex service

I have a successful forex service and no other service matches my price. What I need is for an "EXPERT" paid ads campaign manager to create ads and help drive sales. I have some experience in paid ads but I don't have the time to do the research so I want someone who is experienced to do this. We can use Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, or anything you suggest. I would like this to be a long-term project and as long as the sales revenue is more than the advertising fees etc, we will continue this project.

*** Note that I ONLY want an experienced ad campaign manager. The forex niche is competitive but I know if done correctly, it can be successful because I know many of my colleagues who do this.***
