Need Google / Facebook / Instagram Paid Ads Digital Marketer on Monthly retainership basis

We are having 4 to 5 projects of our clients and we would like to set up on going google / facebook / instagram paid ads campaigns.

We want to get associated with a freelancer with whom we can work on month to month basis where we do not want to look for project basis work, budget and no of campaigns.

We will fix responsibilities. May be we can define no of projects, weekly defined work and reporting and monthly defined work and responsibilities. Our total budget considering all projects would not go beyond 4 Lacs Inr.
