Need a Facebook / Meta Manager

We need an expert to create and manage for us a Facebook ads campaign to sell our products on facebook. Creatives videos are allready done but we do not know how to set our campaign strategie and how to analyse datas delivered by Meta about our ads.
We only want to work with someone who is able to explain us what and how he is going to work with us. We want to understand what is going to be done.
Keep in mind that we want a profitable and lucrativ Meta campaign ad.
