Multifaceted Social Media Management

I am seeking an experienced social media manager to handle my daily operations across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter platforms. Here's what I'm aiming for:
- Content Creation: You will curate, create and manage a mix of engaging images, text updates, and videos. Ability to understand brand voice and cater content to each platform's unique audience is a must.
- Goal-Oriented Strategy: Objectives for this project are multi-faceted. Our intention is to escalate brand awareness, primarily drive website traffic, generate leads, and, in the end, enhancing sales.
Past experience with similar projects and any proof of successful campaigns will be highly appreciated. Critical to this job is the ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate updates.
We are looking for someone to stick with us as we grow our brand. Part-time is perfectly OK, and we will work with your schedule. For those who want to stick with us, we can discuss pay increases after certain milestones have been met.
