Monthly Marketing Assistant

I'm seeking a resourceful Marketing Assistant to help with social media and ad management. This is a monthly retainer position at $75/month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Setup & Management:
- Create and maintain professional pages (primarily Facebook).
- Optimize profiles for brand visibility and lead generation.

- Ad Management:
- Run and monitor video ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Bypass regional or account restrictions as needed.
- Adjust targeting and creative based on performance.

- Ad Content Support:
- Occasionally create simple ad visuals or video clips using brand materials.
- Write compelling captions and CTAs.

- General Marketing Support:
- Monitor and report basic performance metrics.
- Suggest low-cost tactics to boost reach and engagement.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Meta Ads and handling account restrictions.
- Resourceful, autonomous, and responsive to ad issues.
- Familiar with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
