Meta Assets Audit & Launch

I’m rebuilding the entire Meta funnel for my paid stock/crypto insights community and need a partner who can own the process end-to-end, from asset clean-up to growth optimisation.

Phase 1 – Audit & Core Setup
First, I want a deep dive on every Ad Account, Page, and the existing Pixel & conversion events. After you surface gaps, tighten Business Manager: duplicate or dormant ad accounts removed, active ones properly named, Pixel tracking mapped to the right web assets, and aggregated events configured and verified.

Phase 2 – Content Strategy
Translate my daily market commentary into an always-on promotional content calendar for Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. I need repeatable templates for Reels, carousels and broadcast messages so I can drag-and-drop visuals and hit publish in minutes. The emphasis is on promotional content that still feels value-driven to prospects.

Phase 3 – Subscription Flow & Automation
Design the lowest-friction checkout flow you can: either Meta’s native subscription, a lightweight web landing + Stripe, or both. Wire the confirmation trigger to Twilio/WhatsApp so paying members receive the correct Signal channel invite automatically.

Phase 4 – Launch, Monitor & Optimise
Ship the first promo campaigns, then track engagement and conversion weekly. Iterate on ad copy, creative and group onboarding until retention curves flatten.

• Successful test purchase triggers WhatsApp signal within 30 seconds
• Week-one ad set ROAS benchmarking document delivered
