Meta Ads Specialist for Dog Treat Brand

I'm in search of a seasoned Meta Ads expert to manage my campaign on a monthly basis. My goal is to achieve a minimum of 3X Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for my dog treat brand.

Key Requirements:
- Target Platforms: The ads need to be strategically placed on Facebook and Instagram to maximize reach and engagement.
- Campaign Goal: The primary aim of these ads is to drive direct sales. Therefore, the expert should have a proven track record in converting ad views into purchases.
- Ad Performance: I expect the expert to continuously optimize the campaign to consistently achieve a minimum of 3X ROAS.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Meta Ads, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.
- Proven track record in driving direct sales through social media advertising.
- Strong analytical skills to assess ad performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Experience in the pet industry, specifically with dog products, would be a plus.
