Meta Ads Guru to help with NZ Power Consumers Digital Ad Campaign

I'm in need of an experienced facebook and insta adverts manager
The ideal freelancer for this project should:
1- Have demonstrated experience in managing digital campaigns with a track record of promoting products or services successfully.
2-bid hourly rate as we are only hiring on a n hourly basis, please no placeholder time wasting.

Your main objective will be to take over an existing campaign that is running +- ok, and we will work together. If you have creative abilities to produce content please advise us, if not we can hire a creative/image tech to work with you. We will provide the brief of creative , ie image and text guidance. You will then run 4 variants for 1 week, then pick the top 1 and run that for 3 weeks, we will then repeat.
Task is 10 hours per week.
