## Objective

### Target Markets

## Responsibilities

* Develop a complete Meta Ads strategy for B2B lead generation.
* Build and optimize ad campaigns.
* Create audience research and targeting.
* Set up Pixel, Conversions API (if required), and tracking.
* A/B test creatives and copy.
* Optimize CPL and lead quality.
* Weekly performance reporting with actionable improvements.

## Requirements
