Meta Ads Data Export & Formatting

Our team needs a clean, well-structured export of recent Facebook (Meta) campaign performance so we can analyse results internally without spending hours inside Ads Manager. I will grant read access to the account; from there the job is to pull performance data, then organise it for easy filtering and pivoting.

Scope of work
• Export all available metrics for the timeframe I specify, ensuring the following are definitely included: impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, leads, and conversions.
• Provide the data at every level—campaign, ad set, and individual ad—so we can drill down or roll up as needed.
• Deliver two identical files, one in .xlsx and the other in .csv, each with clear column headers and a tab (or sheet) structure that separates levels cleanly.
• Check totals and calculated fields for accuracy before sending.

Preferred approach
You’ll likely find this fastest if you use Meta Ads reporting presets, customise the column set, then refine in Excel with basic formulas or pivot tables. Whatever method you choose is fine as long as the final files open error-free and numbers match what Ads Manager shows.
