FB Marketplace Automatic Poster

What I need done:
I need a software which either web-based or software based (Mac & Windows compatible) to automatically login and post ads in Facebook Marketplace with user specified posting interval, ad location, description, title, price, category & user photos. Must work with various user provided Private Proxies.

This should be easy to do, here's the path that users need to do in order to post in the facebook marketplace:

1. Login using specified username and password (I should be able to easily change this).
2. place ads in the marketplace (see left navigation menu).
2b. renew any eligible existing FB markpetlace ads by clicking on "renew"
3. Logout

In order to post ads, users need to follow this route:

1. http://www.facebook.com/marketplace/?ref=sb (click the marketplace in the left navigation menu)
2. http://www.facebook.com/marketplace/editlisting.php?new&have (add new ads)
3. Choose which category to post in, example:
http://www.facebook.com/marketplace/editlisting.php?new&category=2301&have (book)
http://www.facebook.com/marketplace/editlisting.php?new&category=2302&have
(job)
http://www.facebook.com/marketplace/editlisting.php?new&category=2305&have&subcategory=230501 (freebie)

4. filling the form.

What I already have versus what the provider will build:
I'm looking for someone who has done this before for an employer & can provide the requested app immediately to me

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
Understand Facebook navigational structure. Able to code the one that I mention above in user friendly platform. Fluent US English is a MUST since I need to be able to communicate with you during the process.
