Marketing stratergy

We take Software, App, website, and Social media projects here in New Zealand
We have a team of developers and graphics people based in India and Bangladesh. I need to expand my business now
Want someone who can be a marketing strategy person who can
- Check the content and social media posts my social media agency are doing are according to the brand (Give them some advise)
- Its the same agency that is running facebook ads ( YOur job would be to check the number and suggest recommendations)
- Find out other way to increase the leads such as Use of Leads Gorilla etc ( you will have to come up with cost effective way to get leads)
- Mainly overseeing the work done by the guys
- Recomend creatives on the ads
You must have worked for a company in similar space and should have managed to generate a lot of leads for them cheaply
You must understand all the aspects of marketing and someone who is at a strategic level ( we have people who can do the graphics, set up campaigns etc)
