Marketing person for a startup

I am looking for a marketing person to help with my startup.

- Content Marketing
I need help developing a marketing strategy for my startup as I do not have one in place.
The marketing project is expected to last for a year.
Ideal candidate should have experience in all three marketing skills and be able to develop an effective marketing strategy for my startup.
The applicant will be whole n sole responsible for creating all the content, format n images of the product for marketing purpose.
He/she will keep track of the responses and revert to them. It will be a monthly salary format and a continuous work not a single project.
