You will either email a list of properties or a single one to a list of contacts to show them a new property is available. Sometimes you will text lists thru bulk text software on this.

Set up Neighbor letters
Find Details of Neighbors of Properties we own and then create an Ad to market to them
Plug in Play template (Super Easy)


Posts Properties on Multiple Selling Platforms
You will login to a VPN then post on Platforms Like Zillow, Landflip.com Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Page and my Facebook Group. etc

Adds Contacts to Buyers List
You will be sent emails and phones numbers to add to the crm we have of customers so that we can send them new properties and offers.


Add Created content to FB Page or Website.
From time to time We take pictures, videos, and other marketing content that is valuable to promote the brand. You will just have to post it. That is all.
