Marketing Specialist for a Cleaning Company (UAE)

Employment: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s cleaning services in the UAE market;
• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors;
• Create and execute advertising campaigns (digital, outdoor, SMM, etc.);
• Manage social media accounts, create content, and attract clients through social platforms;
• Engage with partners and identify new promotional opportunities;
• Develop and monitor the marketing budget plan.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in the UAE (experience in the cleaning or related industries is a plus);
• Knowledge of the UAE market and understanding of local consumer needs;
• Proficiency with digital platforms, advertising tools, and analytics;
• Proven experience in creating effective advertising campaigns and client acquisition through online and offline channels;
• Excellent communication skills, creativity, and teamwork abilities;
• Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
